Hi, I'm Jenny. I've been a soft tissue therapist since 2004, but above all, I love sharing knowledge.

I've always been fascinated by why we do what we do in Bowen. That curiosity has led me to explore fascia science, anatomy, mechanobiology and the deeper principles that influence healing—not to make Bowen more complicated, but to make it more meaningful.

My hope is that this understanding gives you greater confidence in your hands and a deeper appreciation of the work you already do.
